Elevation Pictures at TIFF20 include Ammonite, I Care A Lot and The Father
Elevation Pictures is excited to announce three films premiere at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival. They include ammonite, I Care A Lot, and The Father.
AMMONITE
Ammonite is a romance/drama film. It stars Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan. Other cast members include Gemma Jones, James McArdle, Alec Secareanu and Fiona Shaw. The film is directed by Francis Lee. The producers include Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, Fodhla Cronin O’Reilly.
Synopsis: 1840s England, an infamous fossil hunter, and a young woman sent to convalesce by the sea develop an intense relationship, altering both of their lives forever.

I CARE A LOT
I Care A Lot is a Drama/Thriller film. It stars Rosamund Pike, Peter Dinklage and Eiza González. Other cast members include Dianne Wiest, Chris Messina, Isiah Whitlock Jr. The film is directed by J Blakeson. The producers include J Blakeson, Michael Heimler, Teddy Schwarzman, and Ben Stillman.
Synopsis: I CARE A LOT follows Marla Grayson (Rosamund Pike), a highly successful legal guardian with a knack for exploiting the law to her financial benefit. After discovering her seemingly innocent new client (Dianne Wiest) harbors dangerous secrets, Marla and her partner (Eiza González) come to find they have unknowingly triggered a battle with a ruthless adversary (Peter Dinklage).


THE FATHER
The Father is a drama film. It stars Anthony Hopkins, Olivia Colman, Olivia Williams. The film is directed by Florian Zeller. The producers include David Parfitt, Jean-Louis Livi, Philippe Carcassonne, Christophe Spadone, and Simon Friend.
Synopsis: A man refuses all assistance from his daughter as he ages. As he tries to make sense of his changing circumstances, he begins to doubt his loved ones, his own mind, and even the fabric of his reality.
