Synopsis of the film

The film details the rise and fall of the internet’s first unregulated marketplace.  Ross Ulbricht (Nick Robinson) created this infamous darknet site.  It is described as the Amazon of illegal drugs that appeared on the Dark Web in 2011.  More than $1 billion worth of bitcoin involved in this operation.  In the movie, DEA agent Rick Bowden goes undercover to try to catch Ross Ulbricht.  He will use any means necessary to take him down.
