Synopsis
Songbird imagines the world in the year 2024, when COVID-23 has mutated to an even higher mortality rate than COVID-19 (over 50 percent), forcing infected Americans from their homes and into government-run quarantine camps.
Immune to the COVID-23 virus, a courier (KJ Apa) races against time to save the woman (Sofia Carson) he loves from a quarantine camp.
It’s a romantic film about two people who want to be together, but they can’t because of the virus.
This is the first film shot and completed in Los Angeles during the coronavirus pandemic.
Release date
The movie will be available on December 11, 2020.
