The goal of FREE THE CITY is to lift the spirits of everyone in attendance-creatives and fans.

Rapper Kardinal Offishall discusses Free The City concert series

My city has been hurting for a long time. I wanted to create an event that allowed us all to come together safely and finally be able to celebrate, heal, and enjoy while rocking to a beautiful sonic backdrop of the sounds of Toronto.

Many of us have suffered during the pandemic. Being physically distant and trying to remain socially connected has taken its toll on the City of Toronto and the world at large.

Other notes

The host of the event is Mark Strong (the voice of the Toronto Raptors)

Special guests include Dave Chappelle, Michael Che (SNL), Donnell Rawlings, Glenn Lewis, Michie Mee, 4 Korners (DJ from the Toronto Raptors) and many more!

Musical artist will include Notifi, Glenn Lewis, Karl Wolf and many more
