Nuit Blanche 2020
Nuit Blanche Toronto is on October 3, 2020, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the free all-night contemporary art event be online. Under the two-year curatorial theme, The Space Between Us, Artistic Director Julie Nagam will focus on the connections across urban, polar, and pacific landscapes revealing the space between us as a potential site for sharing knowledge.

Quote from Artistic Director Julie Nagam
2020 has been challenging for all arts events which includes Nuit Blanche. Due to the ongoing global pandemic, we are moving to an online format, with the completion of our 14 year archive, a publication, podcasts, live streamed talks, critical dialogues and media previews of future projects.
We are extremely disappointed to have to shift to a new format for 2020 but are enthusiastic about the possibility to create a new adventure in 2021 that will bring people and artists back into public space and allow for ground-breaking creative and engaging public art into the future.
